While I was out running Mary-Ann put this note on our front door. That's how I know she really loves me (or the UPS guy).

Isabella's Logan HS JV team is 3 and 0 and she has scored three goals in three games. Last goal she out-fought, out-muscled, overpowered two defenders then beat the goalkeeper at the near post for a beautiful, unassisted goal. I really need to take a camera and post some pictures. Next game I promise.

Isabella, Mary-Ann and I have been watching the AFI top ten movies of all time (we agree with the critics, Citizen Cain is the best). In that vain here are my top ten movies:

Isabella made the Logan High School soccer team. Probably play on the JV team but I would not be surprised if by the end of the season she isn't on the varsity. I watched her play left forward and she is good, at least as good if not better than any other girl at that position.

She has her first game on Tuesday 8/11. They don't waste any time getting into the swing. Games are on Tuesday and Thursdays and against teams close by; two against both Sky View and Mountain Crest, and games against Bear River and a couple of schools in Ogden.

Isabella broke her nose July 24 and had it fixed Friday July 31. These are pics a few hours after she broke it playing soccer and after getting it fixed. The splint come off Wednesday. Will post an after picture.
